CIS countries will begin the exchange of information

				02.11.2018

On November 2nd, 2018, the CIS member countries signed the Protocol on the electronic exchange of information between the CIS members states for tax administration.

In accordance with this protocol, every year the tax authorities of the CIS countries will automatically provide and receive information on certain types of income of legal entities and individuals, as well as on certain types of property and its owners.

The provision of information in electronic form will facilitate timely and proper implementation by countries of their international obligations, as well as an effective fight against tax evasion.
