EU approved new «blacklist» of jurisdictions

						On May 17th, 2019, the EU revised «the blacklist» of jurisdictions, excluding Aruba, Barbados and Bermudas from it.
The EU list is aimed at preventing tax evasion and promoting the principles and standards of tax transparency, fair tax planning.
Thus, in the "black" list at the moment are remaining:
• US Virgin Islands
• American Samoa
• Belize
• Vanuatu
• Guam
• Dominica
•Marshall Islands
• UAE
• Oman
• Samoa
•Trinidad and Tobago
• Fiji Islands.
