On June 14th, 2019, the EU published an updated black list of non-cooperating tax jurisdictions on its official website.
Today there are 11 States in the list:
• American Samoa
•Belize
•Fiji
•Guam
•Marshall Islands
•Oman
•Samoa
• Trinidad and Tobago
•UAE
• U.S. Virgin Islands
•Vanuatu.
Data jurisdiction will be enrolled in the list, until they fulfill the tax recommendations of the EU.
