On the 3 of April an OECD project document on the strengthening of rules about controlled foreign corporations was presented for the public discussion within the action plan on BEPS. The text of project can be found via link below: http://www.oecd.org/ctp/aggressive/discussion-draft-beps-action-3-strengthening-CFC-rules.pdf. Its provisions are aimed at an analysis of complex structure of CFC rules and identification of issues requiring further development.
Thus, from April 3 to May 1 any interested person or group may submit comments to the project at CTPCFC@oecd.org.
Public hearings will be held on 12 May 2015 at the meeting, which will be held in the Conference Center of the OECD in Paris. The meeting will be opened to everyone who has passed an online pre-registration. It will also be available online through the live video stream.
