Dubai allowed to transfer the property to full ownership

				29.01.2025
In certain areas of the city, on the Sheikh Zayed Highway, starting from the roundabout of the Shopping Center and up to the water canal, as well as in the Al-Jaddaf area, you can transfer your possessions from the status of a lease to the status of a freehold, which means full ownership.

This permit is available for all nationalities.

For the transfer, you must submit an application to the Dubai Land Department for assessment and budget preparation. After the fees for the use of common areas and maintenance fees are determined, a conversion fee of 30% of the estimated value of the property will be charged, which is calculated based on the total area of the premises.
