On September 6th, 2019, the Federal Tax Agency of Russia on its official website launched a service called “Payment of taxes by a foreign bank card”.
The idea of the service is its name. Now taxpayers living abroad and not having a Russian bank card will be able to pay taxes using a foreign bank card.
