EU has revised offshore «black» list

				02.10.2018

On October 2nd, 2018 the Council of the European Union has revised the legislation of the states included in the «black» list of offshore companies of the EU once again.

Peru and Liechtenstein were excluded from the «black» list because they undertook the necessary tax reforms and also adopted the Multilateral Convention on the Implementation of the BEPS Plan.

The island state of Palau was moved to the «gray» list of states that have undertaken to reform their own tax laws.

Currently six states are still in the black list:

- American Samoa

- Guam

- Namibia

- Samoa

- The US Virgin Islands

- Trinidad and Tobago.
