The Republic of Belarus: electronical certificates of tax residence

02.06.2017 The Prescript of Tax and Duties Ministry of the Republic of Belarus № 42 of the 24h of December, 2014 fixed a set of documents which shall be given by alien company to the Ministry for tax benefits according to double taxation agreement. 
One of these documents is the certificate of tax residence from the country where that company was incorporated. It must be given by company itself or by tax agent.
In general, verification of tax residency shall be given as a certificate in written form.
The Tax and Duties Ministry of the Republic of Belarus published a notice on the official website which contains the possibility to get the certificate in electronic form if the verification is not in doubt.
