Rescue Plan for European banks.

11.10.2011 At the moment the plan of recapitalization of banks in Europe as a means of crisis overcoming in the euro zone is being developed. On the 9th of October 2011 German Chancellor and French President declared they were ready to publish the document at the end of the current month. What exactly will be included in a package of measures to save banks in Europe is still not disclosed. Recapitalization plan must be submitted for discussion on the 3 – 4th of November 2011 at the framework of "Twenty Grand" summit in Cannes.
Germany and France that are in a relatively stable situation today openly declare about their willingness to take responsibility for the situation in the euro zone banking sector.

Expert’s opinion

“The fact that adoption of the official program of the European banks improving in the framework of fighting against the prolonged debt crisis should be held as soon as possible is undeniable. Like in some other problematic issues of the euro zone the initiative to develop immediate measures to rescue the banking system of Europe was taken by Germany. If a developed plan is approved its effectiveness will be seen in the coming months. In any case any positive changes in the related issue will be a huge plus for the whole Europe”.
