Description

MBaer Merchant Bank AG is a Swiss bank in Zurich, operating since 2018.

In December 2018, the new Swiss bank MBaer Merchant Bank received a FINMA license (https://www.finma.ch/en /, Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority). The founder of the bank was Michael Baer, the great-grandson of Julius Baer, who created the legendary JULIUS BAER BANK 130 years ago.

For many years, Michael Baer was a member of the Executive Board of the JULIUS BAER GROUP AG. In 2015, he decided to create a new merchant bank in Switzerland.
The fundamental value of Switzerland, as you know, is a reverent attitude to the privacy of any person's private life.

MBaer positions itself as a bank for entrepreneurs, their families and their companies. MBaer's services include asset and liability management, risk management and trade finance.
MBaer provides financial services to private clients and commercial entities using an Internet banking system.
