Luxembourg extended the registration terms of beneficiaries register
On August 29th, 2019 on the official website of the Luxembourg Register of Beneficiaries it was announced the extension of the deadline for filing registration applications
The deadline is set until November 30th, 2019. The deadline was originally designated until August 31st, 2019.
For that companies which do not submit all the necessary information to the national registry, administrative penalties will be applied in the form of fines.
