Switzerland and New Zealand update double taxation avoidance agreement

August 08th, 2019 Switzerland and New Zealand signed a protocol updating the Double Taxation Treaty between the two countries. According to the recommendations of the OECD and G20, the protocol included provisions of the treaty to combat abuses in tax legal relations and provisions related to the improvement of the dispute resolution procedure.

The amended agreement will enter into force after each country has taken all necessary measures.
