Agreements between each of three countries and European Union were signed by European Council and by Presidents of Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova today in Brussels. Each agreement was the result of negotiations through out long years.
The head of the European Commission, J. Barroso, called these agreements the natural development of 20 years of cooperation between countries and integration union.
The agreements shall strengthen cooperation between EU and associated countries promoting development of economic and diplomatic situation in the region.

The structure of the agreement includes:
Preamble – 0,8%
The main principles – 0,2%
Political dialogue and reforms, political association, cooperation and convergence in the sphere of external policy and security – 0,7%
Justice, freedom and security – 0,7%
Trade and economic questions – 80%
Economic and sectorial cooperation – 15%
Finance cooperation and fraud fight – 1,4%
General, institutional and final provisions -1,2%.
Therefore, we understand that the main aim of association is trade and economy.
Everything else is in order to provide it.
Undoubtedly, trade and economy is based on commonly shared values. Simply put – it will be profitable, and profitable for Europe as well as for Ukraine.
