For the category financially independent persons the key criteria are enough money funds that must be demonstrated with the reference from the Austrian bank or from the bank that has world status; permanent real estate for living in Austria (your own or rented) and medical insurance that provides full cover in the territory of Austria. Spouse and children up to 18 can be also included in application.

Residence permit is renewed annually.
