International Business Companies of Seychelles are completely exempted from all the forms of local taxation including the stamp duty. Instead they have to pay only annual license duty, which depends on the company’s registered capital amount.

The agreements on double taxation avoidance are signed with Belgium, China, South Africa, Indonesia, Thailand, Oman, Malaysia, Mauritius, Namibia and Zimbabwe and with Cyprus, Qatar and UAE. They planned to sign the agreements with Russia, Botswana, Vietnam, Malaysia and Egypt and Tunis, Malta, India and Greece.
