TOP 10 EU countries where life has become more expensive

						By the end of 2024, Eurostat has prepared data on the cost of living in the European Union. Prices in the eurozone increased by an average of 2.4%. The services sector rose the most (+4%), as well as food, alcohol and tobacco (2.7%). 

TOP 11 leading countries in terms of inflation:
1. Croatia — 4.5%
2. Belgium — 4.4%;
3. Estonia — 4.1%;
4. The Netherlands — 3.9
5. Latvia — 3.4%
6-8. Cyprus, Portugal, Slovakia — 3.1%
9. Greece - 2.9%
10-11. Germany, Spain -2.8 %

Prices rose the least in Ireland (1%), Italy, Luxembourg, Finland, Lithuania and France.
Eurostat forecasts a further decrease in inflation in the next 2 years.
