TOP 10 European countries with the highest housing costs

						Eurostat estimated the expenses of EU residents on housing in general, on housing and communal services, rent payments and mortgages and found out that the Irish lead in these statistics among EU countries and pay twice the average for the European Union. 
Luxembourg was in second place (by 86%), and Denmark was in third place (by 80%).

Switzerland has become the undisputed leader among the European countries with the most expensive housing costs.

Bulgarian residents pay the least (61% less than the EU average) and Poland (by 56%).
