Kyrgyzstan restricts payments

						In order to ensure economic security and maintain the financial stability of the country, the National Bank of Kyrgyzstan prohibits payments from foreign countries without actual delivery of goods to the country.  Restrictions are being introduced for the country's banks to receive payment orders under contracts concluded by other persons, the subject of which are goods, works and services coming from foreign countries or to such countries, without actual delivery to the territory of the republic.

The exception is authorized state-owned companies designated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan.
This restriction is imposed for 1 year.
