Denmark has simplified relocation

Since July 1, 2024, the Danish Agency for International Recruitment and Integration has simplified the possibility of relocation for some more specialties.
The changes affected not only qualified personnel with experience, but even graduates.

The country has expanded the list of scarce professions by almost 2 times, there are 141 specializations for professionals with higher education, and 61 for skilled workers.
Among others, the list includes IT specialists (including tech support, sysadmins), web developers, electrical engineers, HR specialists and even their assistants. The Danish authorities explained that the noticeable increase in the number of positions on the list is partly due to a shortage of labor.
