Portugal may become the first European country to offer foreigners a residence permit in exchange for investments made using a decentralized cryptocurrency such as bitcoin.
According to the head of government and CEO of the Unrelated Alessandro Palomboraneni Bitcoin Fund in the amount of 500,000 euros (about 542,000 dollars), this unrelated fund may be dedicated to studying a residence permit in Portugal.
