On June 14th, 2019, the EU published an amended “black” list of tax jurisdictions on its official website. The Commonwealth of Dominica was excluded from the list.
Dominica has fulfilled the necessary EU’s requirements for signing and further ratifying the OECD Multilateral Convention on the automatic exchange of financial information.
Currently, 11 states are in the black list of tax jurisdictions.
