Federal Tax Agency of the Russian Federation revised the "black list" of countries

				20.08.2018

The list of countries with which Russia does not exchange tax information has been reduced by six positions. Including due to such popular offshore jurisdictions as Brazil, Liechtenstein, Panama, Seychelles, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Uganda.

The list of countries that do not share information with the Russian tax authorities has received the unofficial name of the "black list" of the Federal Tax Service. It is constantly updated. Canada and the Republic of the Congo, the tax service offers to add to the list. In total, it will have 102 countries and 18 territories.

The exclusion of a country from the list allows in some cases to apply a simplified taxation procedure for controlled foreign companies located in these jurisdictions.
