The Finance Ministry has developed a transferring of the 5 non-tax payments in tax collections

On April 2, 2019, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation published a bill to expand the list of Federal tax collections. Now it will include 5 non-tax payments: environmental tax, recycling tax, tax on the use of Federal roads, tax on public service and hotel tax. After the introduction of this system, businesses should expect increased control from the tax authorities.

If the bill is approved by the Parliament, the transfer of non-tax payments to the tax will be made not earlier than 2021. Thus, taxpayers and tax authorities should have enough time to adapt to the new conditions.
