Malta and Singapore have ratified the Multilateral Convention

On December 21^st , 2018, Malta and Singapore deposited their instruments of ratification with the Secretary-General of the Organization for economic cooperation and development, reaffirming their positions on the provisions of the Convention for the implementation of the BEPS Plan.

It should be remind that the BEPS Plan is an action plan against the erosion of the tax base and profit shifting from taxation, adopted at the G20 summit in 2012.
