Qatar, Saint Kitts and Nevis have joined the OECD BEPS agreement

On January, 18^th, 2019, Qatar, Saint Kitts and Nevis have joined the BEPS program on base erosion and profit shifting.

A Multilateral Convention on Mutual Administrative Assistance concerning Tax Matters was also signed at OECD Headquarters.

Within the Convention reports will be exchanged between countries as well as tax rulings. The Multilateral Convention is aimed to protect the rights of taxpayers, to combat tax evasion by transnational corporations and to improve the resolution of international tax disputes.
