An online business support service has been launched in the UK

Since August 1, the UK Tax and Customs Administration has launched a new service to provide business advice and support. Now, taxpayers can quickly find information and get advice on:

 The opening of companies and the start of a new business;
 Taxation, obtaining tax rebates and filling out tax returns;
 Support of business development;
 Import and export;
 Sales of business and its closure.

This service was launched as part of a program to reform taxation of business. The road map ("Business tax road map") contains the plans of the UK Government on business taxation until 2020 and beyond. Among them we note:

 Taking measures to simplify, modernize and stabilize tax regimes;
 Reduction of tax rates to stimulate economic growth of companies (for example, to reduce the corporate tax rate to 2020 to 17%).
