New Regulation of the Supreme Court of Russia Federation is adopted

 In accordance with the paragraph 13 part 3 article 5 of the FKZ from the 5^th of February, 2014 “On the Supreme Court of Russian Federation” №3-FKZ, Plenum of Supreme Court of Russian Federation adopted a Decree, which affirmed and enabled into forse since the 6^th of August, 2014 new Regulation of the Supreme Court of Russia.

New Regulation determined the procedure of the RSC, Court’s Plenum and its judicial boards, amongst which was created Judicial Board on the economical disputes of the Supreme Court of Russian Federation. Therefore, the merger of the RSC and RSAC was completed.

Expert’s opinion

Everything new always considered difficult. Especially, when it touches upon the well-established structure. It is difficult yet to imagine that there is no such body as RSAC, and there will be only Judicial Board on the economical disputes of RSC. How much effective this judicial reform will be only the time could tell. But what we can understand now is that RSC will have an enormous burden to carry, everybody will be confused with the rules of new judicial procedure, and lot of people will be having troubles with it. Definitely, for the adoption of such innovations we all will need some time
