The OECD will simplify transfer pricing

				06.04.2012
Under the aegis of OECD there was the International forum concerning transfer pricing where more than 90 representatives of national tax authorities gathered.

As a result of this event it was decided to simplify rules of transfer pricing, to improve principles regarding intangible assets and to increase efficiency of all system at settlement of disputes.

Already within this year new rules on transfer pricing will be offered.
Expert’s opinion

«The rules of transfer pricing, operating at this moment, are based on tax conventions of OECD and ONN. First of all they are urged to eliminate the double taxation. Nevertheless, these rules imply additional problems and questions both at tax authorities, and at businessmen. All difficult always demands simplification.»
