Germany maintains its position in the crisis period that is throughout Europe. Moreover it is often the initiator of many measures taken by the EU to deal with the current unfavorable economic situation in the euro zone (for example replenishing the reserve fund EU).

On the 5th of October German Ministry of Finance declared that German banks had no problems with lack of capital. For example in comparison with French banks such lending institutions of Germany are in a better position.

Expert’s opinion

“At the moment Germany is a prosperous European country with both stable political and economic systems. This state does not have a very low level of taxation (corporate tax rate is 15%) and low-cost process of incorporation, however, it is a quite popular jurisdiction among those investors who wish stability and reliability in the conduct of its business”.
